Set up in a couple of minutes.
Step 1
Open Settings in Sequence
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and copy your connector URL from the Sequence MCP section.
Step 2
Add it to your AI app
Add a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex and paste the URL. Sign in to Sequence when asked. No API key or token needed.
Step 3
Ask about your training
Ask questions in plain English. The AI looks up your training in Sequence and answers using your real data.

Questions
Does Sequence have AI built in?
No. Sequence doesn't have an AI assistant inside the app. The Sequence MCP connector lets the AI app you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, read your training so you can ask it questions.
Can the AI change my training?
No. The connector is read-only. It can look up your training sessions, workouts, goals, notes and milestones, but it can't add, edit or delete anything.
How do I sign in?
When you add the connector, your AI app sends you to Sequence to sign in and approve access using OAuth. You don't need to copy or paste any API keys or tokens. You can see and disconnect your connected apps at any time under Settings, then Integrations.
How much does it cost?
The Sequence MCP connector is free for any Sequence account. You'll need your own Claude or ChatGPT account to use it.
