Dark Mode

We've added dark mode to Sequence. You can now switch between light and dark themes across the entire app.

Theme Toggle

Head to Settings to find the new theme toggle. Switch between light and dark mode, or set it to follow your system preference so Sequence matches the rest of your device.

Full Coverage

Dark mode works across every page, your dashboard, schedule, workout editor, plans library, and settings all support the new theme. We didn't cut corners. Every screen has been updated.

Designed for Readability

We've carefully chosen contrast levels and colors to keep everything easy to read in dark mode. Charts, badges, and interactive elements all adapt to look great against the darker background.
