Print Your Plan
Some people like paper on the wall, and some gyms don't have signal. You can now print your planner.
A Week or a Month
Click the print button at the top of the planner, pick a week or a month, and you'll get an A4 document ready to print or save as a PDF. A week prints as a day per row. A month prints as six week rows, so it fits on the page and stays readable.
What's on the Page
Each session shows its name, category colour, and whether it's done. Sessions you haven't done yet get blank ruled lines to write on at the gym. A summary at the top covers sessions planned versus completed and how your time splits across categories, and you can add an appendix with the full details of every workout.
Built for Paper
It prints in a light theme even if you use dark mode, and category colours still show up when your printer has background graphics turned off.
Printing is on the web app for now.
