Sequence in Claude and ChatGPT
If you already use an AI assistant, you can now give it your training history. The Sequence connector lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, and other apps that support MCP read your Sequence data, so you can ask things like:
- "How has my training load changed over the last six weeks?"
- "Which sessions did I skip this block, and why?"
- "Summarise my notes since my last milestone."
What It Can See
The connector can read your training sessions, workouts, goals, notes, and milestones. It's read only by design, so an AI app can't change your plan or log anything on your behalf.
Easy to Connect
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and copy the connector URL from the Sequence MCP section into your AI app. You sign in with your Sequence account and approve access, with no tokens to copy around. If you set up the connector with an access token before, you'll need to connect again once.
You Stay in Control
Every app you've connected is listed under Connected apps, with when it was last active. Disconnect any of them with one click. Connections that go unused for six months expire on their own.
The connector is free for every Sequence account.
